Falling in Love with Mr.Right
Shravani reached Kartik's house with little pain as she was still feeling the muscle tear in her ankle. She was holding his hand as he was supporting her with his strength of love and concern.
Radhika teased Shravani,
"Are you still feeling deep pain or are you feeling true love for someone who is not willing to let go of your hand so easily!"
Shravani try to pull back her hand from the clasp of Kartik's strong grip but was unsuccessful in her half hearted attempt.
Vanya saw Shravani walking with little difficulty, so she asked her,
"What happened to her? Kartik I told you that you should see that she doesn't fall or injure herself. Still, she got hurt, it must be all your fault, I asked you to take care of her, her life is not safe as...."
Vanya stopped midway, as she saw some movement in the trees. She got scared but felt that she might be overthinking.
Radhika said to Vanya,
"No, no, it's nothing Aunty, Shravani was just showing Kartik some of her deadly moves when she managed to beat him in the fierce battle of the Titans but lost her heart to her opponent!"
Shravani gave Radhika an angry look and she felt that her face had become red as if her secret was out in front of everyone!
Kartik said to Shravani,
"There is no need to hide something which is so evident in our eyes, I believe that it is not wise, to hide our feelings under a heap of lies!"
Shravani said to him,
"I am not hiding anything, I just want to know what had happened to my mother and why did she left me all alone in this dangerous world. I can't trust my feelings for you if I can't get my closure in the case of my missing mother!"
Vanya was happy that Shravani and Kartik liked each other but she was scared to reveal the secret of Shravani's mother to her as after listening to the story she might lose faith in love, trust, relationship and humanity!
Shravani folded her hands and said to Vanya,
"Today, I had a dream in which a woman said to me that she is waiting for me, if she is my real mother then it is my duty to find her and help her so that the mysterious voice stops tormenting me in my dreams, every time I fall asleep!"
Vanya thought for sometime and decided to share the story of Vasudha, with Shravani, when Radhika said to her,
"I am feeling hungry and I feel that our empty stomach will make it difficult to concentrate properly!"
Vanya smiled and asked everyone to a hearty lunch of horse gram lentil soup with unpolished rice. It was a local delicacy of that region.
Everyone felt satiated with the home cooked meal, when Shravani began her story,
"People say that we usually don't win with our strong points or strengths but we always lose due to our weaknesses in life.
Vasudha's weakness was Jiya, her younger sister. She used to live with her paternal uncle's family and was coming to meet her after many years. Vasudha wanted to prepare her favourite food for her so she asked Jayesh to go and pick her from the village bus stand.
Jayesh asked her,
"How will I recognize her? I have never seen her in my whole life."
Shravani gave a red coloured dupatta to him, and said that,
"She asked me to give her a red dupatta as she will be wearing a red salwaar kamiz. Last time, she fought with me for this red dupatta. When you will give her, she will instantly come with you!"
Jayesh was confused but didn't want to hurt Vasudha so he took the dupatta and went to pick Jiya, Vasudha's sister.
When he reached the bus stop, he saw two women wearing red dresses. He got more confused. One woman was wearing red blouse and red skirt. Another woman was wearing was wearing red saree.
Jayesh thought that it would look odd for a woman in a saree to wear a red dupatta so he went to another woman and gave her the dupatta with a smile.
Suddenly, the woman smiled at him and asked him,
"I could have said, "Yes" to your proposal for marriage if I was not engaged with your best friend Jogesh."
Jogesh came and said to Jayesh,
"Say hello to your Bhabhi! She is my fiancé!"
Jayesh got embarrassed and his face was red like a beetroot when another woman said to him,
"I have no problem in accepting your proposal for marriage! Hello, I am Jiya, now can you please give me my dupatta!"
Jayesh was embarrassed but when he saw that everyone was laughing, then he felt relieved. He asked everyone to come to Jiya's house for a lavish lunch of fish curry, rice, Kadi, Poori, Potato curry, deep fried fritters and sweet mango juice.
Vasudha welcomed everyone with an open heart and open arms. Everyone left except Jiya.
She said to Vasudha,
"Now, Di you don't have to worry about my marriage?"
Vasudha asked her,
"Why, what happened?"
Jiya said to her,
"Nothing happened, Di. I just wanted to tell you that I have fallen in love with someone, today!"
Vasudha asked her,
"Who is that unlucky fellow?"
Jiya said to her,
"Di, please don't say like that, he is very handsome, very funny and he looks like a hero!"
Vasudha said to her,
"So, did he ask you to marry him?"
Jiya said to her feeling shy,
"No, I did. I told him, that I am ready to marry him!"
Vasudha said to her,
"Oh no! Girls don't do that, they wait for the right proposal from the right man so that at the right time they become their Mrs. Right, understand!"
Jiya said to her,
"What if, we propose to the best man at the best moment and become the best friend as well as partner for life as everything falls right in it's place when we fall in love with our Mr.Right!"
